| This is a very nice 0 Size (35mm in diameter) Waltham pocket watch dating from c. 1900, in full working order and keeping excellent time. The watch was professionally services and perfectly timed. The case is 14K SOLID GOLD in outstanding condition as can be seen in the pictures. No wear, dings or scratches. Inside back lid engraved ROY WARRANTED US ASSAY 14Kwith serial number 132832. The case springs open as it should when the crown is pushed. All lids open and close as they should. Very nicely and richly engraved on both sides. The face is white with black Roman numerals marking the hour. A second dial with black numbers marked in increments of 10 up to 60. The dial is marked AMERICAN WALTHAM. It is in excellent condition as can be seen in the pictures. No hairlines or damage. Hands are original and in excellent condition. The glass crystal is in excellent condition without any scratches or chips. The damaskeened movement is immaculate. It is stem wind and set. It is engraved American Waltham Watch CO.., SAFETY BARREL, with serial number 7318135, which dates this watch between 1896 and 1900 according to the 1954 Waltham "Gray Book" List: https://pocketwatchdatabase.com/search/result/waltham/7318135.
