| This a nice pocket watch made by the famous OMEGA Swiss company around 1908. It is in excellent running order and keeps excellent time. It has been recently cleaned, oiled and timed. SIZE and WEIGHT This is a small model. It measures around 33 mm (1.3 inches) in diameter (excluding pendant crown and bow). It weighs about 25 g.CASE The hunter case is 14K Solid Gold and still in excellent condition with only normal signs of use.It is engine turned and has an empty shield in the middle to engrave initials. Inside back lid it is engraved with OMEGA logo with 14K GOLD HALLMARKS and serial number 443259. The same information is engraved inside the back cover. The dust cover in not gold. All lids open and close as they should. The front lid springs open when the crown is pushed. MOVEMENT The movement is immaculate. It is stem wind and set, and engraved OMEGA with the OMEGA LOGO and serial number 3484237 which puts its manufacture date between 1906 and 1910. It is running strong and keeps excellent time.DIAL The face is double-sunk and made of white porcelain with black Arabic numerals marking the hours.The second dial has black numbers marked in increments of 10 up to 60. The dial is in excellent condition without damage or any hairlines or chips. HANDS Gold Louis XIV hands in excellent condition.CRYSTAL The glass crystal is in excellent condition without chips or scratches.This is a nice and quality watch that has been very well preserved over the years. It is fully functional and has been professionally checked and timed. |
