| This is a vintage 0 Size (37mm in diameter) Waltham pocket watch dating from 1896, in full working order and keeping excellent time. The case is GOLD FILLED all in excellent condition with nice engravings. Inside back lid engraved PHILADELPHIA WATCH CASE CO., GUARANTEED TWENTY YEARS with serial number 9679476. The case springs works and all lids open and close as they should. The face is white with black Roman numerals marking the hour. A second dial with black numbers marked in increments of 10 up to 60. The dial is marked AMERICAN WALTHAM. It is in excellent condition as can be seen in the pictures. No hairlines or damage. Hands are original and in excellent condition. The glass crystal is in excellent condition without any scratches or chips. The movement is immaculate. It is stem wind and set. It is engraved American Waltham Watch CO., 15 Jewels, SAFETY BARREL, with serial number 7202177, which dates this watch to 1896. It is was professionally cleaned, oiled and timed and is running strong and keeps excellent time.
