This is a vintage 46mm diameter
SWISS Key
pocket watch dating from around
1850,
with Solid Silver open face case in full working order and
keeping
excellent time. It comes with a winding key and another key for
setting time. The case is made of Solid Silver. It
is in
excellent condition.
It has no dings or dents. It has several Swiss silver hallmarks as can be
seen in the pictures. It has also a serial number
10871. Very
nice Horse scene on the back.
On dust cover it is marked Cylindre Huit Rubis, which means that this
watch has a Cylindre movement with 8 Jewels. All hinges are strong. All lids open and close as they should. The face is white porcelain with black Roman numerals marking the hour. It
has also numerals marking the minutes. In
excellent condition
as can be seen in the pictures. Gold hands are in
excellent
condition. The thick domed glass crystal is in
excellent
condition. The Cylinder movement is immaculate and very beautiful. It is
running
strong and keeps excellent time.
