| This is a KEUFFEL & ESSER Co. pocket type compass dated c. 1920. It is an open-face model and comes in a nickel case in excellent condition without dings or dents. Marked KEUFFEL & ESSER Co., NEW YORK on dial. The needle has a jewelled brass cap covered with a glass crystal free of scratches or chips. In perfect working order finding North easily. The transit lock can be activated by turning the crown clockwise. Measures around 43mm in diameter. Nice add to any collection. |
