Code BA23053107: Rare Skeletonized Pocket Watch Hunter Compass, c. 1915
| This is a rare hunter compass made in the early 1900s. It has a special skeletonized dial with a very special design. The case is made of brass and still in excellent condition. Only normal sign of use. No dings or dents. The case is very thin (about 9 mm), and has a pocket watch crown that must be pushed to spring open the lid. It has serial number 64. The flat beveled glass crystal is in excellent condition with no chips or scratches. The compass is in excellent working order (finds North easily and precisely) including the transit lock. It measures around 50 mm in diameter. |
