| This is a WW1 antique compass marked Gydawl, Short & Mason, Taylor, Rochester, NY, Pat. APR. 20-1915. The case is nickel and in excellent condition without dings or dents. The lid springs open when the button is pushed as it should. The glass crystal that covers the dial is in excellent condition without chips or scratches. It is in excellent working order and finds North without any problem. The transit lock is also in working order when the lid is closed. It measures about 4.7cm in diameter. |
