Watkins, Bristol. The compass is covered with a flat glass crystal. It has a flat blue needle with a brass cap. The dial has a typically nautical design with a nice compass rose. It is signed W. Watkins, Bristol around the centre. It points North with precision and there is a transit lock that comes into operation when the lid is closed.
