| This is a nice and rare sundial compass in a wood case made around 1860. The wood case is in nice condition with some signs of use. It is in original condition. The compass is covered with high domed glass crystal in excellent condition without chips or scratches. The rotating dial has nice features and allows reading the solar time. There is a chapter ring level with the floating dial with names of different cities to read their time. We added a picture with the instructions of use. The compass points North without any problem. The maximum diameter of the wood case is 54mm. Its height is 30mm. |
