This is an antique WW1 compass engraved C Haseler & Son LTD, Birmingham, VI, 92367, 1916. Inside the lid stamped 41552 W. The case is Nickel plated and still in very good condition. No damage. Strong hinge and lid springs open to a right angle when the button is pushed. Functional transit lock. In full working order and finds North precisely. Glass crystal is free of chips or scratches. In nice overall collectable condition. Size 4.7cm diameter. |
