Code BA11121457: 1891 B&S Hallmarked Silver Antique Fob Charm Compass
| This a nice and rare compass hallmarked silver compass made in 1891. The case is solid silver and bears the maker's marks F & B and the London hallmarks for year 1891. The compass has slightly domed glass crystals on both sides. The case and crystals are in excellent condition without damage. The compass could also be used as a magnifier. The compass has a quality bar needle suspended between the two glass crystals. It has two different patterns for the dial sides. It is very precise and points North easily. This is a rare and nice quality compass. Measures 35mm in diameter. |
