Code BA22013101: WWI Officer's Private Purchase Compass and Folding Cup c. 1915
| This is a very nice and unusual officer's private purchase compass in a pocket watch case and folding cup inside. It dates from the WWI era. The compass is working perfectly and finding North without any problem. The case has no dings or dents and is silver plated. Marked on the back PATENT. E. J. T. No. 15061. The cup has six rings and is marked C. T. & S. 54707 on the back. Size 48mm in diameter. This is a rare and nice compass that would make a great gift. |
