The Boreal Arrow 

Code BA20071114: Gydawl, Short & Mason Presentation Compass, c. 1915

This is a WW1 antique compass marked Gydawl, Short & Mason, Taylor, Rochester, NY, Pat. APR. 20-1915. It was presented by the Edward G. BUDD company to N. A. Brenner. It has a blued arrow with a crescent at south. The case is made of Nickel in excellent condition. No dings or dents. The glass crystal also is in excellent condition without chips or scratches. It has as transit lock, activated when lid is closed. The lid springs open when the button is pushed. It is in excellent working order and finds North without any problem.It measures about 4.7cm in diameter.
