Code BA130630214: Daynife Swiss Pocket Compass, c. 1920

This is a WW1 era SWISS pocket compass made by Daynife around 1920 for the American market. The compass is Nickel plated and in nice condition without dings or dents. It has a rotating bezel that activates the transit lock, which freezes the needle when the compass is not used. It has a very nice blue needle. The dial is marked REG. US. PATENT OFF, DAYNIFE, SWISS. The beveled glass is original and in excellent condition. The compass is working perfectly and finds magnetic North precisely. It measures 40mm in diameter.
