| This is a nice and rare late 19th century British compass from Francis Barker & Son, London. It was made approximately in 1880. The compass comes in a solid brass case in excellent condition for its age. No damage. The dial has a nice nautical design and is in excellent condition. It is clearly signed F. BARKER & SON, MAKERS LONDON. The compass is fully working and finds North without any problem. The compass measures 39 mm in diameter. |
